All entries in this department must be in place by 8:00 pm, Monday, July 28, and remain there until 8:00 pm, the last night of the fair. You MUST have your claim tags to remove entries. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Entries may be removed between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm, Sunday, Aug 3, or between 9:00 am and 12 noon on Monday, Aug 4. Any entry remaining after 12 noon on Monday will be discarded or given away, unless special arrangements have been made with the director in charge.
No change can be made in any class after filing or from those stated below.
Premium checks may be picked up at the Secretary’s office on Sunday, 2 pm. Checks for less than $20 must be picked up within 5 days after the fair of premiums will be forfeited.

An exhibitor’s limited to one entry of hay per line in the Baled Hay Show. Show samples must be selected from 2008 crop. U.S. Department of Agriculture Hay Standards will be used to grade baled hay.
