CONDITIONS

1.  The USTA Rules to govern with exceptions

2.  Entrance fee for overnight $25;  Stakes $75

3.  Five to enter and four to start.  Two or more horses from the same stable may start

4.  Five monies: 45-25-15-10-5 percent.  One heat plan

5.  Entries and starters must be declared by 11:00 am three days preceding race

            NEW: SOCIAL SECURITY # IS REQUIRED AT DECLARATION  -  NO NUMBER, NO ENTRY

6.  Right reserved to postpone, declare off or change program, for any cause.

7.  For races not filled, overnight events substituted to accommodate horses on the grounds

8.  Association assumes no liability for accidents on the grounds

9.  If in any race, more entries are received than we are able to score in two tiers, we reserve the right to race elimination    heats without adding

10.  We score 5 horses with 2 trailers.  Race split on 8

11.  Rules of Home Talent Colt Circuit to govern Stake Races

12. 1st Place monies held until Negative Test is received from State Lab

13.  Limited Stall Space  -  be prepared to race out of trailer.  Number of stalls available is 54
